Interviews and Findings

Research Method

We conducted five semi-structured interviews with participants. To formulate interview questions, we initially individually compiled questions we deemed useful. Subsequently, we held a one-hour meeting to discuss our proposed questions and finalized our set, which is outlined below:

In addition to the main interview questions, we also gathered background information by asking participants the following:

• Age
• Gender
• When was the last time you visited the Natural History exhibition at Vapriikki Museum?
• How frequently do you use digital devices and services in your daily life?
• What digital devices and services do you use regularly?

User Recruitment Process

To recruit interviewees, we sought individuals among our friends who had previously visited the natural history exhibition at Vapriikki Museum. We then arranged interview sessions at mutually convenient times. Due to time constraints, only one team member, the interviewer, participated in each interview session.
